The Purchase Symphony Orchestra and Music Director Michael Adelson present "DANGEROUS IMAGINATION," the opening concert of their 2010-2011 season. Beginning with Wagner's prelude to "Die Meistersinger von Nürnberg", the program will also include the surreal dreamscape "Hanging Cliffs" by Purchase faculty member Huang Ruo. The PSO will conclude with Berlioz's radical masterpiece "Symphonie Fantastique" - as provocative now as it was when first heard in 1830.
